Property Maintenance
Premier Estates offers a comprehensive property maintenance service. We offer three levels of service which are tailored to your individual needs. These are:
1. External and internal
2. External only
3. Internal only
Pricing is tailored to each individual property based on the size and usage. For example a two bedroomed duplex apartment with a shared pool that has up to ten bookings per annum will have an annual charge of £1500 for combined internal/external maintenance.

The three levels of service are detailed below:
1. External and internal property maintenance
For an annual payment payable each year on the 1April we will provide the following inclusive services:
External - Winter
- End of season emptying of the pool
- Out of season checks on pool fabric and structure, replacement of tiles
- Weekly checks of garden and terrace areas
- Booking of reliable tradesmen to complete external jobs, with estimates of cost provided, E.g. external painting
External - Summer
- Start of season filling of the pool
- Daily garden maintenance including watering of all necessary areas and terrace pots and plants; daily checks on external furniture and cleaning of the pool terrace
- Regular cutting back of bougainvillea, trees, roses etc
- Daily pool maintenance including chemicals
- Replacement of bulbs for external lighting
Internal – Winter
- Regular visits out of season to check on the building and security with any issues reported to the owner
- Airing of the property prior to the start of the season
- Pre-season clean and check
Internal – Summer
- Meet and greet guests on arrival, provide key and tour of the property
- Notification to owner of guests safe arrival
- Mid stay clean, to be booked by guest on arrival
- Mid stay linen change for parties staying 10 days or more, to be booked by guest on arrival
- End of stay clean and linen change in preparation for next let
- End of stay report to owner at close of let
- Booking of reliable tradesmen to complete internal jobs, with estimates of cost provided where appropriate

Additional Services Available
We will provide a welcome pack for you or your guests
The supply of a ‘welcome pack’ at a cost of 50TL to be paid to Premier Estates on arrival; pack to include the following items:
- Bottle of wine
- Four Effes
- Milk
- Bottled water
- Fresh bread
- Jam
- Butter
- Juice
- Tea bags
- Instant coffee
- Sugar
- Large packet of crisps
- Pack of biscuits
- Toilet rolls
Bill Paying Service
We will read all meters, individual and communal once every three months and notify you of the charges. Your bills will then be paid when we receive the money via transfer and we will provide you with the relevant receipts.
