Airport Transfers
As part of our service we can book transfers for you or your guests that will collect you at the airport and deliver you to your door. In order for us to make the booking on your behalf you will need to supply us with the following information either by email or telephone:
1. The surname of the party leader
2. Your address in Kalkan
3. The number in your party
4. Your flight details including dates, times and flight number
5. A contact email address and/or telephone number
We will then be able to make the booking for you and will email you to confirm the details
Dalaman to Kalkan
Most visitors to Kalkan fly into Dalaman airport. Once you arrive at the airport it will take you approximately thirty minutes to pass through customs (this will include purchasing your visa at a cost of £10.00 per person) and collect your baggage.
Once you exit the airport you will need to cross the road directly in front of the entrance and look for the area to your left where the car hire firms and transfer drivers wait for their guests. Your transfer driver will carry a card with the lead parties surname and the name of the villa or apartment you are staying in.
The transfer time to Kalkan is approximately 90 minutes and you will be offered the opportunity by your driver to stop en route for a drink, snack and/or comfort break.

Antalya to Kalkan
Travellers to Kalkan do also fly into Antalya airport, particularly if they are visiting out of season between Novenber and March. This is because Antalya can sometimes be a cheaper destination to fly to there being more carriers operating during the off season.
As Antalya is a busier airport it will take you a little longer to clear through customs and collect your luggage, approximately forty minutes. Again your transfer driver will be waiting outside the exit to the airport with a card that has the surname of the lead party and the name of the villa or apartment that you will be staying at.
The transfer time is approximately 180 minutes and you will be offered the opportunity by your driver to stop en route for a drink, snack and/or comfort break.
